Summer picnics are not complete without having a Potato Salad on the menu. This is the recipe from my favorite café in Montréal – Olive et Gourmando. This is a Vegan recipe and the spices add a totally different twist than most traditional Potato salad recipes.  Serve with garlic toast and Voilà!
